Q: What currency is used here?

A: All prices shown are in United States dollars (USD).


Q: What is the shipping cost to UK (or other countries)?

A: Each item costs slightly different when shipping to different countries. Please add the item(s) to your basket (clicking the "BUY" button will do). When you're done, click "CHECKOUT" and select your country on the next page. You will then see the shipping cost on the left.

Q: Can you ship to France (or other countries)?

A: Yes, I do ship worldwide.


Q: Where do the packages come from?

A: All mailings are sent from Hong Kong.


Q: I placed an order yesterday, when will it be shipped?

A: Your order will be mailed in 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified in the product details. A shipping notification will be emailed to you once it is on its way.


Q: How long can I receive my order?

A: "Standard shipping" delivery usually takes around 5-18 days to most countries. Occasionally it may take a longer arriving time like 3-4 weeks due to aviation security measures, customs held up, extreme weather conditions, or during peak seasons.

Below countries may take longer mailing time:
Brazil: 2-8 weeks
Italy: 2-5 weeks
Russia: 3-8 weeks


Q: What exactly is "standard shipping"?

A: For USA shipping address, it will be ship by First-Class Package International Service. The package should be left in your mailbox unless it can't fit in.
For other countries, it will be ship by registered airmail that requires someone at the address to sign for it. In case there's no one to accept the package when the postman make the delivery, a notice will be left for you to pick it up at post office, or you can ask for a re-delivery if your post office have this service available.


Q: Is there a tracking number for my order?

A: Yes, all packages are sent with a tracking number. You can find it on the shipping notification email. However, not all destination countries have online tracking service available. Most of them will only show the date it left the origin country (Hong Kong). USA is one of the few countries that can provide full online tracking.


Q: Can I expedite my order?

A: Yes, I can arrange shipment by Express Mail Service (EMS). Delivery in 2-5 working days to most countries. The cost varies for different countries too. If you can't find the Express Mail option when you checkout, please contact me and let me know which country you are from. Please note that this mailing service requires a signature. It would be best if the shipping address have an individual who can sign for it (not necessarily to be the recipient). Otherwise it will cause delay because you may need to arrange a second delivery with your post office or have to pick it up from the post office.


Q: I need my order by [a certain date], can you make sure that happens?

A: I'm afraid I cannot guarantee the package to arrive by a certain date because the post office wouldn't make such a guarantee to me either. If you need your order by a certain date, please order asap, or you can consider EMS (as above mentioned) or Fedex for a very urgent shipment, please contact me for details.


Q: It had been a month since I placed my order, but I haven't received it yet. Any idea what is going on?

A: Firstly, please check if you have received any delivery notice from the mail carrier. The package may be sitting in the post office waiting for you to pick up. Please also check with other people in your household if they had put the package somewhere. Look around your porch and yards even your dog's house (no kidding, a customer do found her package with her dog's other treasuries). If still find nothing, please contact me.


Q: Is there any Custom charges?

A: This depends on whether your country charges any tax or duty from import goods and whether the amount of your order reaches the threshold. Buyers will have to be responsible for their own country's import tax/duty (if applied).

Q: What is the best way to store the jewelry?

A: It would be best to keep the jewelry in an airtight zip-close bag when not in use.


Q: Can I request a custom order? I need something for my bridesmaids.

A: Yes! Please contact me with your requirements and the date you need to receive them.


Q: Do you take bulk order/wholesale order?

A: Yes! Please contact me which item and the quantity required. I'll give you my best price and lead-time.
